The Menu for a Flat Stomach

Just one day at a good menu to slim the tummy

So little is enough to put on pants one size smaller! All you have to get rid of the bloat. For 4 consecutive days, use the following diet.

BREAKFAST
* Cup whole-grain cereal plus 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
* A glass of skim milk or yogurt
* 2 prunes or raisins 2 tablespoons DINNER * 120 g cooked chicken or turkey * slice yellow light 
cheese * or a glass of tomato cooked carrots (without roux) AFTERNOON SNACK Mix the following ingredients: * cup blueberries or strawberries (can be frozen) * a glass of skim milk and a teaspoon of flaxseed oil * DINNER * 120 g broiled fish or chicken breasts * medium baked potato or half a cup of brown rice * cup of stewed mushrooms or cooked green beans.
